Creative Process

I spearheaded a comprehensive brand transformation for a legacy 20-year-old practice, modernizing the visual narrative to bridge the gap between high-end luxury standards and a younger, evolving demographic. I engineered a cohesive omnichannel experience by designing high-conversion landing pages, premium print collateral, and editorial social content, all while maintaining a rigorous professional aesthetic. Additionally, I served as the lead brand liaison for a full-scale website rebuild, ensuring external agencies strictly adhered to our sophisticated brand guidelines and operational workflows.

  • I created SOPs, timelines, and a digital asset management system via Airtable. I studied each team’s processes to see how I could optimize them so handoffs ran smoothly.

  • I worked along the senior designer to create design and prep the files for print. These deliverables included flyers, gift card envelopes, candle labels, and store signage.

  • I designed graphics for emails and digital ads for the shop’s seasonal campaigns. Each design was optimized for several screen sizes and ad dimensinos.

  • I assisted the web team in transferring blog pages from Jasmine’s old Wordpress site to the new Shopify site. This involved resizing and uploading images, formatting text, and adding meta tags.
